Who handles your information

Host Promotions is an independent website design service operated by Nik Martyn. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to nikpugh1@gmail.com.

Information collected

When you send a project enquiry, Host Promotions collects the information you provide, including your name, email address, property location, listing URL, selected package and message. Normal technical logs may also contain limited information such as request time, browser details and network address for security and service operation.

How the information is used

The information is used to review your property, respond to your enquiry, recommend an appropriate website package, prevent abuse and manage any resulting project. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

Enquiry data is processed using Amazon Web Services for website hosting and the secure form service, Airtable for customer records, Gmail for notifications and correspondence, and Cloudflare Turnstile for spam and abuse prevention. These providers may process limited information needed to deliver and protect their services under their own applicable terms and privacy arrangements.

Legal basis and retention

Enquiry information is handled to respond to your request and, where a project proceeds, to take steps connected with and perform the agreed service. Information may also be retained where reasonably necessary for security, legitimate business administration, legal obligations or dispute resolution. It is not kept longer than reasonably needed for those purposes.

Security

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, including encrypted connections, restricted service credentials and automated abuse protection. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to its use, or request a portable copy. Some information may need to be retained where legally required or necessary to establish or defend a claim.

This website may link to property listings, booking platforms and other external services. Their privacy practices are controlled by their respective operators, not Host Promotions.
