The normal arrangement is a 50% deposit after the project scope has been agreed, followed by the remaining 50% when the finished website is approved and ready to launch. No payment is taken by the initial property enquiry form.
The annual £240 care plan is a separate recurring service. It is not silently bundled into the outstanding project balance. The exact payment requests and renewal date will be stated clearly before you agree.
Additional properties, specialist booking integrations, extensive multilingual content, unusual data requirements, professional photography, third-party subscription charges or work outside the agreed revision rounds may require a separate quote. Nothing is added without agreement.
